The Opportunity
In 2022, MullenLowe launched Momternship; an internship program that helps moms return to the workforce. This Mother’s Day, we aimed to inspire more agencies to take part in the initiative, and implement the program at their own workplace.
The Idea
As many of those in hiring positions are moms themselves, we hacked the most popular Mother’s Day gift, flowers, by wrapping them in the resumes of moms looking to get back to work and sending them to top agencies. Our very own Trojan Horse, or bouquet, if you will.

In collaboration with the LA-local flower shop, Lenita by Grita, we delivered bouquets to 20+ agencies nationwide, to convey one simple message; moms deserve more than flowers, they deserve equal opportunities.



Over Mother’s Day, we took over MullenLowe social channels highlighting resumes and a previous momtern success story. And already, some of the recipients have reached out to our moms to connect for potential opportunities.
